Mathematical modeling of bioprocesses with the use of fractional order derivatives

چکیده

This work brings together two recently discussed topics: mathematical modeling of a bioreactor and working with derivatives non-integer order. Generally, it turns out that is reasonable to replace the integer order in some already well known models describing bioprocesses fractional ones. However, specific structure such type makes study properties real challenge. contains primary results for appropriately selected numerical approximations. Different scenarios are taken into consideration: starting from simplest one - without mortality then complicating by adding nonzero term. In classical case solution system differential equations process has behaviour terms monotonicity. Therefore, focus further examinations find whether possible generalize model key considering monotonicity still hold. The show latter requires certain dependencies between orders model. hypothesis based on types experiments which described detail. Lotka-Volterra Monod growth rate used paper figures illustrate different computations performed via Wolfram Mathematica software.
